Western Province UPND chairperson Kapelwa Mbangweta says the just launched party five year manifesto has taken the interest and well being of the people of the western province into consideration.
Mr Mbangweta who is also Nkeyema constituency Member of parliament says the UPND will once in government address the economic challenges people in the province have been subjected to citing economic areas like rivers around Sioma district.
He said the UPND will industrialise the country by creating value addition centres which will later create jobs for the local people and added that the region will have value addition industries for rice producers.
And Provincial chairlady Dorothy Mushiba kaumba says the UPND manifesto has given Zambians an opportunity to liberate themselves by voting for UPND, the party that has a clear road map.
While regional party Treasurer Liseli Sibeta said it is clear that UPND and President Hakainde Hichilema are ready to govern the country and deliver to the people of Zambia based on the newly launched manifesto.
The Western province virtual launch of the manifesto was attended by various Provincial, Districts and Constituency officials as well as Mongu Central lawmaker Mwilola Imakando.
